A few more days

Blay slept incredibly well while we were in Florida. I pulled out the Pack n Play before we left and put him down in that for naptime to get him used to sleeping in it. He slept all night and took great naps in it during the day. There is a big closet room in the condo so we put it in there so he was by himself and dark. That's how he likes to sleep. We pretty much did the beach for the first few days along with some napping and eating.

We drove to Daytona the second day in search of an umbrella stroller. After several stores, we settled on one from Target. You can see it in the picture below. Not the one I wanted but it works. Blay does well in it too. Just don't get the wheels caught in the sand! He doesn't like that! It tips him forward and he gets upset.

We went to a place called Dixie Crossroads to eat dinner on the Thursday night we were gone. They have great Rock Shrimp and the best of the best Corn Fritters (of which I got the recipe for). We TRIED to eat but someone made it impossible. After a 45 minute drive there, John and I had to take turns eating portions of our meals. There was just too much going on for Blay to sit and eat. His food came home with us. We attempted to eat out one more time, Mexican. He was a little better but we didn't order him food. He ate some of our food and then just ate when he felt like it later that evening.
