Another week

Another week and still no new home. Hopefully, we'll be able to close this coming week. We've had some ups and downs with the whole process but we hope that process is soon to be over and we will be in our new home. Then, I will be able to post pictures of our new home!!!

Monday was a bad day so Blay and I just hung out at the trailer...he had a bad, whiney day. It was a test to us both.

Tuesday, I roasted myself and now look like a lobster. A lot of it has soaked in but I am still red in some areas. We went to my mom's house to hang out at the pool with cousin Elijah and Aunt Nicole. Ninny came home early from work to spend time with us too and brought Blay a float for the pool. When I'm able to post pictures of it, then I will.

Wednesday we went to our 'new' house and played with the cat and cleaned up a little bit from the moving mess.

Thursday, Blay and I went shopping for Elijah's birthday present, Blay some Benedryl cream, and me a bathing suit and cover up. I got a cute 1 piece bathing suit at Ross' for $20 and a cover up for $10.

Friday, we spent the up at the 'new' house again to play with our kitty and let Blay get familiar with the new home as well. It's going to be a big change for him so we're doing it this way so maybe it won't be so traumatic for him.

Tomorrow, we're going back to Ninny's (my mom's) for Elijah's 8th birthday party.

Moving still...

Well, we're moved in somewhat but are havng some complications in all of it. Please pray for us as we try to come to a close on both houses and to get settled. We are staying with my dad right now and are doing good. Blay didn't have a great day today but I'm hoping tomorrow will be better.

I hope that going tomorrow to my sisters for a swim and play time with Elijah will help him some. He doesn't understand all that is going on poor little guy. He's all confused.

Blay came home last night and had a rough night. He ended up in a playpen at 11 pm (long, long story) and then in bed with us at 115 am. Needless to say, I didn't sleep very much or very good last night.

while we are in the process of packing and moving. Once we get settled in, I'll start posting again more regularly.

Quick update though, Blay is currently in Kinsport with my inlaws. He's been there since Friday and will be home tomorrow!!! I can't wait to see him. It'll make my birth'day'.

He's also gotten better with all the boxes and daily changes of stuff missing or changing at the house. I hope he transitions well but am prepared in case he doesn't. I may not sleep for the first week but he'll get adjusted I'm sure.

Blay also has only two more days of school left. Since we are moving 45 minutes away from his school, he won't be going there anymore. I will be looking for another MDO for him to attend as quick as I can. He loves school and I hate to pull him from it.

I will be uploading May's pictures in the next day or two and the one's I have from June so far. I'll let you know when I get the loaded.
